Born in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, and raised in the vibrant streets of Johannesburg, my football journey began on the dusty pitches where dreams are forged every day.

I pursued my passion as a player until 2017, when an injury sidelined me. Instead of stepping away, I chose to stay deeply involved — analysing matches with my teammates, diving into coaching books, and studying the game from a tactical and managerial perspective. That injury became the turning point that shifted my focus from playing to developing talent and understanding the business of football.

I transitioned into local coaching, dedicating myself to nurturing young South African players. During this time, I founded Thunder United F.C. — my first attempt at creating something bigger. Although the club didn't last long due to my limited business knowledge at the time, it taught me invaluable lessons and ignited a deeper hunger to grow.

Determined to do better, I invested heavily in my education — completing courses in Business Management, Negotiations, and Professional Athlete Management. These weren't just certificates. They were the foundation I needed to operate at the highest level.

Fast forward to today: I have built over 3,000 direct contacts across Europe — straight to club management and coaches, with no third parties or middlemen. This network was strengthened through trusted collaborations with high-profile players including Loris Karius (former Liverpool goalkeeper), Wesley França (Roma), Rayan Vitor (Bournemouth), Vladimir Coufal (former West Ham), and many other top prospects.

Every connection, every late-night call, and every relationship built represents years of persistence, integrity, and a genuine belief in South African talent.

From the fields of Johannesburg to the floodlights of Europe, the journey continues.

Sipho Masola from the place called Tweefontein KwaNdebele in Mpumalanga is a qualified legal and public-sector professional holding a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB), a National Diploma in Financial Management, a Higher Certificate in Public Management, and a National Certificate Vocational Level 4 in Finance, Economics and Accounting. He is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Master of Laws (LLM in Labour Law) and Master of Public Management, further strengthening his understanding of legal, regulatory, governance and organisational matters.

With more than ten years of professional administrative experience, including roles involving examinations, lecturing, administration and employee representation, he brings strong organisational, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities to the football industry.

As a passionate football practitioner with a sound understanding of the game and its professional environment, Sipho combines his academic and professional expertise with his FIFA Football Agent License to provide ethical, informed and professional representation to football players. He is committed to helping players maximise their potential both on and off the field while promoting integrity, professionalism and sustainable career development.
